‘Noises Off’ exposes audience to all aspects of the show

Noises Off

Ilion Little Theatre presents a play within a play “Noises Off” at 8 p.m., Nov. 14-15, 21-22; and 2 p.m., Nov. 16 and 23. An ambitious director and his troupe of mediocre actors are putting together a silly sex comedy titled, Nothing On – a farce in which lovers frolic, doors slam, clothes are tossed away, and embarrassing hi-jinks ensue. “Noises Off” exposes the audience to the different phases of the disastrous show – dress rehearsal, backstage during a performance and on stage during a delightfully ruined performance.

“Noises Off” is directed by George Malavasic. Tickets are available at the door for $12 adults; $8 students. The theatre is located at 13 Remington Ave., Ilion.
