Fuze Rewind: UpChurch & Big Murph
Kegs Canal Side has become a popular concert venue and they have done it again. The sold out show featuring UpChurch brought fans in from all over – hey began lining up right at 4 p.m. The line covered the length of the parking lot in both directions for the better part of two hours. Back II Back Entertainment is busy bringing in the artist to the area and keeping the fans lining up at the doors.
Big Murph kicked off the night of rap music and beats mixed with a mixing board. Fans packed into kegs and filled the stage area within moments of being let in while others patiently waited their turn. There were a lots of Chants of “Church” “USA” before UpChurch even hit the stage the fans presented a loud welcome. During the show flags were thrown up on stage along with hats. One of the flags was wrapped on the mic stand throughout the show. Fans couldn’t get enough of the music from one of the biggest shows of the summer.
The set was shorter than most artists’ but UpChurch also had bus issues leaving his show from the night before which made travel difficult for the band. A man in a wheelchair was even lifted up on stage toward the end of the night to join in on the fun and be in the spotlight. Fans stood at the stage after the show yelling for more music, when realized UpChurch wasn’t coming back out a few waited to catch a glimpse of the band or get a meet & greet.
