Drop Resistance and Step Into Your Future

When we are run by our resistance it is nearly impossible to see solutions and possibilities. When we drop resistance we step into our future of possibilities.

Do you ever find yourself in resistance? Resistance is that experience of temporary paralysis where you know what you want or “should” do, but make a different choice instead.

It IS possible to prove to yourself that you can master your resistance. Either the resistance is in charge or you are, not both. A mentor of mine, Carol Reynolds, says, “Go as far as you think you can and take one more step.” This strategy has propelled me forward multiple times in my life. That one more step almost always gives me proof that I can take one more after that, and as many steps as it takes after that.

Neale Donald Walsh explains that fear is separate from caution. I love the analogy he uses describing caution as looking both ways before crossing the street and he describes fear as being frozen on the sidewalk.

It’s important to be mindful and cautious but don’t use caution as a way to avoid and resist moving forward in your life.

Anything is possible.
