Dan & Shay lit THE FUZE at Keg’s
A few nights of summer temps blasted through CNY recently but not as HOT as the action on stage this past weekend at Kegs Canal Side in Jordan with openers like Eric Van Houten and Devin Dawson; and headliners Dan & Shay. Eric Van Houten as always did a great job warming up and working the crowd with his guitar skills that made you feel like he had a full band with him during his set. He even took a moment out to tell the crowd that there were a lot of familiar faces and it was good to see everyone who came out early to show him their continued support.
Devin Dawson had a set full of original music and thanked the crowd for allowing him to be able to play originals instead of covers. Fans were able to experience some of the most killer guitar jamming solos Kegs had ever heard. The crowd clearly loved the short but sweet sets from Eric & Devin, and many certainly left searching to listen to their songs again.
From the moment Dan & Shay hit the stage they were nothing but full of energy which made getting the perfect shot even more challenging but entertaining as well. These guys were constantly on the move from one side of the stage to the other without skipping a beat. They are known for covering several songs of other popular country artist as well as their own top hits – “From The Ground Up” & “How Not To.” The two of these guys with the rest of the band put on one hell of a show. Fans were elated when they told them they would be back to Kegs, and that it was one of the loudest crowds they have ever heard. I’d have to agree the fans were as loud as the band as they belted out along to mostly every song they played.
Kegs Canal Side never leaves their fans disappointed with the choice of Artists’ that they have had through their doors!
