Cody Johnson brought cowboy style to Kegs
Kegs Canal Side in Jordan, NY recently kicked off their concert season with a kickass show that included The Syracuse Three with Briana Jessie, Jobe Fortner & Cody Johnson. The house was packed with fans that love their Country music and with the nonstop music it kept them singing and dancing a long to their favorite songs.
Much like many of their previous shows; there were many familiar faces. Fans of country music know where to head when a concert is announced at the venue. Kegs has become known for their shows with reasonable tickets, cold drinks & the chance to see a headlining band passing through which always goes hand in hand. And, let’s not forget the big outdoor stage that will host a bunch of shows outside over the summer.
The Syracuse Three opening the night up with about 45 minutes of covers of popular country music to be followed by Jobe Fortner. Fortner had a few issues with getting his guitars & sound but that didn’t stop him for going on and pleasing the crowd. There were a few wire issues that wanted to be a problem but he managed to get worked out by his team and didn’t keep the show from moving forward. He is a complete down to earth guy who even lingered in the bar to talk to fans while Cody Johnson was doing his thing on stage. Johnson was quite the mover on stage and wasn’t any where’s near “lax.” He made you wonder what he had up his sleeves throughout the entire show. Between dancing, jumping and even shakin’ his money maker for the ladies of the crowd he sure did grab their attention.
