Soften The Glare: A musical collision
Attention music lovers: 12 North Sports Bar and Bring ‘Em Down Productions is gearing up for a season of nonstop, killer music. And, kicking the season off is Soften The Glare and Falling from One at 9 p.m. (doors open at 8 p.m.), Friday, Sept. 23 at 12 North Sports Bar located at 10125 Mulaney Road in Marcy. Soften The Glare has taken two takes on life on combined them into a collision of musical wonder with Ryan Martinie of Mudvayne and Bon Lozaga of Gong Expresso, Tiny Boxes along with Mitch Hull. The three of them have unleashed sounds that will captivate any audience. They are able to blend metal, funk, prog with instrumental jazz and a rock direction that gives you a touch of their chaos.
Local power house Falling From One will be rocking the stage with their take on rock n roll. We have come to know and love this 3 piece band that electrifies the crowd with their powerful vocals, killer riffs and intense stage presence. If you haven’t seen them perform live yet – we strongly suggest you get your butt to 12 North because you will become an instant fan.
Admission is only $7. That’s a cheap night for two killer bands, great people, cold brews and some bad a*# wings!
